Returns &amp; Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

After receipt, we will refund your purchase amount to the account you used to place the order within 7 days.

For the record, we would like to point out the following:

If the item has been worn or damaged, we cannot take it back.
Items being returned must have the original labels and packaging.
SALE items, swimwear, and special offers are non-returnable.
The costs for the return shipment are €6.95 for the customer.
Please make sure you return your items within 14 days!
Complete the enclosed form in full and include it with your return item. Place it in the enclosed shipping bag or box.
Register your return via the link below and receive your return label digitally via email.
Bring your return item to a PostNL or DHL point near you. You don't need to print a return label yourself. You'll receive one by email after you enter your details.
Have the digital return label scanned at a DHL or PostNL point.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund within 7 days.
The cost for a return is €6.95 and will be deducted from your refund.

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different color or size, that's certainly possible. Just follow the steps below.
Please complete the enclosed form in full and clearly indicate which color or size you would like to exchange your item for.
If your items are in stock in the desired color or size, we will send them back to you free of charge!
⁠We also apply a maximum period of 14 days when exchanging an item!
