Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

After receipt we will refund your purchase amount to your account within 7 days.

For the record, we would like to point out the following:

• If the item has been worn or damaged, we cannot take it back.
• ⁠ Items being returned must have the original labels and packaging.
• SALE items, swimwear and special offers cannot be returned.
• The costs for the return shipment are for the customer.
• ⁠Please make sure you return your items within 14 days!
• Please complete the enclosed form in full and include it with your return item.
• ⁠Bring your return item to a PostNL or DHL point near you.
• Please make sure you include the following address on your return otherwise we will not be able to process your return

• ⁠Once we have received and condoled your return, we will process the refund within 7 days.

EXCHANGE

• If you want to exchange your item for another color or size, that is also possible. Then follow the next steps.
• Please fill out the enclosed form in full and clearly indicate which color or size you would like to exchange your item for.
• If your items are in stock in the desired color or size, we will send them back to you free of charge!
• ⁠We also have a maximum period of 14 days when exchanging an item!
